Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which the Leonce Showroom website (hereinafter “the Site”) may be accessed and used. Accessing and browsing the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The Site is a showcase website presenting the collections of the brands distributed by the Leonce showroom, intended for professionals (multi-brand stores, buyers). It does not allow online sales: orders are placed exclusively during showroom appointments, under the terms set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Hosting

The Site is hosted by: OVH SAS, a company registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419 00045, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

4. Access to the site

The Site is freely accessible from anywhere to any user with an internet connection. Leonce uses reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site but is under no obligation to achieve this.

Leonce cannot be held liable for any malfunction, interruption or unavailability of the Site, in particular resulting from maintenance operations, a technical failure or an event of force majeure.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site (text, structure, layout, graphics, logo, visual identity) are the exclusive property of Leonce, unless stated otherwise, and are protected as such by intellectual property law.

Photographs, visuals, logos and trademarks of the designers and houses featured on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are published for informational purposes as part of their distribution by the Leonce showroom. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Leonce or, where applicable, of the relevant rights holder.

6. Use of the site

The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and not to compromise its proper functioning, in particular through the use of any device that disrupts its normal operation.

The information and visuals presented on the Site (collections, brands, photographs) are for indicative purposes only and have no contractual value. Leonce reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information published on the Site, in particular the availability of the collections presented.

7. Contact form

The Site offers a form allowing users to contact the showroom teams or request an appointment. Information submitted via this form (first name, last name, email, company, message) is used solely to process the user's request and is not subject to any unsolicited commercial use.

8. Personal data

Personal data collected on the Site (via the contact form) is processed by Leonce in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is kept only for as long as necessary to process the request and is neither sold, published, nor transferred to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their personal data. Any such request may be sent by email to hola@leonceshop.com.

9. Cookies

The Site does not offer online sales and, to date, only sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function properly, which do not require prior consent.

Leonce may use an audience measurement tool to understand traffic to the Site (pages visited, visitor origin). If this tool sets cookies that are not strictly necessary, the user's consent will be obtained beforehand, in accordance with applicable regulations, and this section will be updated to specify the tool used as well as the consent and configuration procedures.

10. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites, including social networks (Instagram). Leonce exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content.

11. Liability

Leonce strives to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information published on the Site, without being able to guarantee its completeness or that it has not been altered by third parties. Leonce cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or use of the Site, including inaccessibility, data loss or the presence of viruses.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

13. Amendments to these Terms

Leonce reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, in particular to comply with any legal or regulatory changes. The applicable Terms of Use are those in force on the date the Site is consulted.
